Discontinuation of Support for WoltLab Suite 5.3 and 5.4

Since WoltLab has already officially stopped supporting WoltLab Suite 5.3 and WoltLab Suite 5.4 will probably follow within the next few months, we would like to take this step as well in order to be able to put all our resources and focus on the latest version series (5.5) and future versions (6.0).

1. August 2023 - Stage 1
