  • The customer may not charge any additional fees for the transfer of his licenses, the purchase price may not exceed that which was paid when the original purchase was made.
  • When passing on the software, the customer must delete all copies of the purchased product.
  • The right to assistance in the support area lapses for the first-time purchaser when the data is passed on.

In principle, SK-Designz.de assumes no liability for damage caused by fraud in license sales.




Editing of our products / styles

  • If the product is subject to protection, you are not permitted to revoke it. Changes without active protection are made at your own risk, the right to support expires.
  • Independent changes to our products may not be published, passed on or sold.
  • SK-Designz is not liable for damage caused by changes made by the customer / third party. The support claim expires.

Additional provisions Branding-Free License

  • Removing the copyright entries (CSS definitions / templates) is permitted, but may not be replaced by your own copyright.
  • The use of the purchased product is permitted per Branding Free license for one domain / website; for use on additional domains / websites, an additional Branding Free license must be purchased.
